Returns & Exchanges

Returns: If your PROPSBERRY product is broken or defective, there is no need to return the item to us.  Please submit a ticket to our Customer Love team by contacting us _here_ and we’ll be happy to submit a replacement order, refund, or issue store credit.
Note: Refunds can only be issued up to 30 days after payment! 



We do not offer exchanges at this time but feel free to follow our Return & Refund procedure for a full refund.
